Problem:
This issue has been reported to Lotus Quality Engineering.
This problem is partially fixed in 5.0.4 (spr #VMAA4JGTCP). However, the agent
design list still does not update if the 'Don't Maintain Unread Marks' checkbox
on the Advanced tab of the Database Properties InfoBox is selected. This
issue was reproduced in Notes 5.0.7 Client and was fixed in Notes 5.0.8 Client.

SPR# GFLY4WKRLN - Deleting server based agents in the Designer did not always
remove the agent from the design list. This has been fixed.
To rebuild the design list on the fly:
Remove the database icon from your desktop. Then, while holding down the
CONTROL key and SHIFT key, select File, Database, Open. When the database
opens you can release the keys. This will rebuild the design list.Supporting Information:
